1. What are your prices? – Standard cookies start at $60/dozen and increase based on design. Mini cookies start at $30/dozen. For more information go to “Pricing” page.
2. Is there a minimum amount I need to order? – For regular sized cookies there is a 2 dozen minimum and 3 dz minimum for minis. You can always combine both regular size and minis. For example you can order 2 dz regular sized with 1 or 2 dz mini cookies.
3. How far in advance do I need to order? – At least 2 weeks prior. Although other times I need several weeks of notice. On rare occasions I can accommodate an order with 1 weeks notice…but no less.
4. What flavor are your cookies? The traditional flavor is my Signature Vanilla. Other flavors include Almond (I use a non-nut almond emulsion to avoid allergy concerns), Snicker-doodle, Lemon, Strawberry, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate or Gingerbread (seasonal). One flavor per order unless I have other flavors of dough on hand.
5. How long are your cookies fresh for? – All of my cookies come individually bagged and heat sealed for freshness. Ideal freshness is two weeks but I have had a friend eat a cookie that had been sealed for 6 weeks sitting in her luggage and it was still very tasty.
6. Can I freeze my cookies? – YES! Cookies can be frozen! I recommend putting them in an airtight container (still wrapped). Take out a few hours prior to serving. Do not unwrap cookies until thawed, the condensation could ruin the icing.
7. Do you make gluten free or vegan cookies? – I do not. All of my cookies are made with butter, eggs and all purpose flour. For a complete list of ingredients please email mharrigan3@gmail.com or use the “Contact Me” inquiry form.
8. Where are you located? – I am located in Essex, CT
9. Do you deliver? – I do not deliver however, if I already have a scheduled outing I am happy to meet up with you in a designated location.
10. Do you ship? - Unfortunately I am not allowed to ship due to the restrictions of the CT Cottage Food Law.
11. How do I sample your cookies without ordering 2 dozen? – I sell individual cookies during the holidays.
12. Do you require a deposit? – Depending on the size of the order, I may require a 50% deposit two weeks before the due date. The remaining balance is due upon pickup. Deposit will not be credited if order has already been started.
13. What type of payments do you accept? - Payments can be made by cash, check, credit card, PayPal (mharrigan3@gmail.com) or Venmo (MB-Harrigan)
